Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, LAYERS Clothing accepts returns of regular priced, unwashed, unworn merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping. A refund will be made in the payment form originally received. All product, including swimwear, must have its original lining and tags attached, or a refund cannot be extended. Any sale items purchased are not eligible for a refund; however, the items may be exchanged. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as LAYERS Clothing is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any unworn, unwashed merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Please allow 7-14 business days to have the exchange processed. You are responsible for the shipping charges for the item(s) being sent back to LAYERS Clothing. LAYERS Clothing will cover the cost to have the new merchandise sent to you. Defective Merchandise
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact LAYERS Clothing to have a prepaid shipping label expedited to you. Please complete the LAYERS return/exchange form to include with the return package. Replacement item(s) will be shipped to you upon the receipt of the defective merchandise. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as LAYERS Clothing is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment will be offered on any regular priced item(s) that go on sale within 5 business days of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for further price adjustments.
